take thou these, dionysos, ere nature fades away
by maenadart
Autumn, the season of harvest. The festivities of the wine drinkers begin, but I do not touch the wine. I steal rooted flowers from human graves, their soil nourished by blood. What else could be expected from a Maenad? My madness stems not from the god, but from the silence beneath the earth, from the flowers nourished by death. I offer them to Dionysos, before nature completely dies. Tools & Technique: Created with Procreate using ink brushes. AI was used as a reference, and also tracing method was employed.
