Pantomorus

Pantomorus postfasciatus is a broad-nosed weevil in the beetle family Curculionidae. It is one of the 40 species described in the Pantomorus genus. It can be found in some areas of Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Paraguay. Males can be up to 8.5mm long and females up to 9mm. This weevil feeds on plant leaves from certain species. Its host plants include Prosopis alba Grisebach, Solanum viarium Dunal and Galega officinalis L., among others.
