Gluttony is more than the desire to eat beyond what the body needs; it is the story of a hunger that can never be satisfied. A desire for more, even when nothing is missing. It is the point where pleasure becomes obsession and fullness loses its meaning. Gluttony symbolizes an inner emptiness that one tries to fill through endless consumption, only to grow hungrier with every bite. In the end, what was meant to bring pleasure consumes the one who seeks it, until nothing remains but bones that even hunger can no longer feed upon. The Poem & Music By Me β¦ Hunger grows stronger, With every bite. The more it consumes, The bigger its appetite. A feast for the flesh, A famine within. The hunger grows deeper, Beneath the skin. No feast can silence, Its endless greed. It takes far more, Than the body needs. It devoured more flesh, Than it could ever need, Till bones were all That hunger left to feed. Gluttonyβ¦
