Trapped in the digital world. Real life slowly gets ignored. Wasting time, forgetting all my duties and responsibilities. Staring at the digital screen, my thumb just won’t stop. I can’t ignore the endless content, and even my desire keeps growing. Until it starts to damage my mental health. I try to stop for a moment, but it’s so, so hard. This addiction can be dangerous. I just want some time to breathe, to rest, to live without endless doomscrolling. But somehow, it’s still so hard to let go. I want to return to a meaningful real life, to do my duties and responsibilities like I used to. But letting go is so so so hard.
