Emotional Void

Being able to express myself and my emotions through art has been incredibly important in my journey of self-discovery that I began in 2024. I created Art Therapy with MindSoul Meditations as a way to share this experience with the world. While recording the episodes, i essentially repeated my journey. This is one of the first pieces i created as part of Day 1: Self Expression. "Emotional Void" is about being trapped in my mind, being held as a prisoner, by my emotions. My inability to express my pain, suffering, sadness, or to ask for forgiveness for being emotionally absent and inaccessible to those who need me.
