As an introvert with fears, I know it's not easy to let yourself be seen or heard. I almost crawled under the table when I was speaking at school. Later in meetings at work, I preferred to be the listener. Yet I also learned that sometimes I really had to speak up and I got better and better. I still feel it in my stomach, the fear, when the time comes. Yet I do it, because I can be there. Don't be shy, but dare to show yourself. Everyone is unique and deserves to shine.
