last station

by Amin Namayeshi

At the last station, the little girl stood there, with a gaze that no one ever noticed. The train, with its faint sound, entered the station, and a heavy silence enveloped the air. The girl stared at the tracks, where her memories collided and her silent tears streamed down her cheeks. In this tragic moment, time had stopped for her. There was no beginning and no end, only broken hearts and regrets. People passed around her, oblivious to her deep pain. This station was the last one where her hopes and dreams faded away. She was alone, amidst a crowd that could never understand.
