Once in my life I was asked: Elvira, what is your greatest pleasure? Without thinking any minute I answered: peace of mind. Peace of mind? Does it really exist? When you are calm inside. When you trust yourself, life and God. When you are not tormented by worries, regrets and fears. For me, this is the greatest pleasure in life. In my new work, I tried to depict this peace through the image of a woman, through her pose, through the color scheme. I hope that, looking at this work, the viewer will feel this peace in the picture and in his soul.
