She was smiling, but her smile gradually transformed into a strange madness as her gaze drifted to the ceiling. The doctor, watching her closely, felt the tension building in the air. - What do you see? - He asked cautiously, trying to remain calm. She laughed, her laughter was melodious, but there was a disturbing note lurking in it. - Don't you see? - She pronounced it as if it were obvious. - There are Rabbits in there! The bed of soft toys had turned into live rabbits that came alive in her imagination; chubby white rabbits with pink noses teased her from the high ceiling beams. For her it was a fairy-tale world, filled with joy and freedom. The Doctor understood that she was lost in dimensions beyond his reach, but in the back of his mind he was tormented by the thought: how could she ever see reality? - 'But I don't see you here, Doctor,' she said at last, the laughter subsiding, leaving only a slight whisper. - Everything else is real.
