what can u see? nature embraces us. every single day. it would seem that everything was created to love us and for us to give love. we were born for love. why are we so sad sometimes ? why does it hurt so much .. why do you want to curl up in a ball and squeeze your sadness out .. what if sadness is not sadness at all perhaps we have forgotten that sadness is not an intruder to be feared, but a companion to be embraced. and what if you will say - "Hello, Sadness, how are you today? Come, sit with me awhile, and do not forget to bring your friend, Pain". and then you can sit and chat , it’s can be long interesting conversation.. with peppermint tea.. for in their company, we find depth and understanding. and you can even do sleepover with Sadness , why not ? Joy can sleep on the floor . we are never truly alone , just remember .
